Thrive exists to encourage and empower Global Women to thrive and be their own advocate. Thrive retreats are an effort to care for, connect with, and create community for women ministering cross-culturally overseas. You are invited to join a group of other women from TVC volunteer and serve at a Thrive retreat in a variety of capacities. Some may be small group leaders, some may have a specific skill to offer, and some will spend time interceding and praying with these women. Every role will serve to build up, encourage, and refresh global women before they go back to the country where they serve.
