I steward my bosses’ time, provide administrative support, and support the needs of the department.

When and how did the Lord save you?
The Lord saved me my senior year in college with three different men walking alongside me, pointing me to Jesus, and speaking truth over me.

When did you come to TVC and what brought you here?
My husband and I moved to Flower Mound from Fort Worth and had been attending Irving Bible Church for 12 years. We realized there were many churches much closer to us. We tried TVC in 2014 and have been here ever since.

If you had to give a TED Talk, what subject would you choose to speak on, and why?
Skincare 101. I’ve given my skin good attention since my 20s, but it wasn’t until I turned 40 that I got more involved with a true regimen with specific ingredients. It was a mix of aging and also treating myself to facials after doing EMDR to process old trauma. I wanted to distract myself as well as indulge in self-care after those sessions.

If you were to have your childhood dream job, what would your job be?
I would be an actress.

Which fictional character would you be friends with in real life, and why?
Ellie Torres (Cougar Town) or Liz (Shrinking), both played by Christa Miller. She has a hilariously great mix of sass, spiciness, honesty, intentionality, vulnerability, and loyalty. She’s your ride-or-die friend ‘til the end.
