When and how did the Lord save you?
The Lord saved me in my senior year of high school at a worship celebration night at TVC’s Highland Village campus. After years of rebellious behavior as a teen, the Lord used my girlfriend at the time (now wife) and the Student Minister to minister to my heart. The Lord revealed Himself to me and showed that the path I was on would only lead to despair and destruction. I needed a Savior. After years of running from the Lord, I began to run to Him.

When did you come to TVC and what brought you here?
I began attending TVC in 1996 with my parents as a youth. They made me attend. I didn’t have a choice.

If you had to give a TED Talk, what subject would you choose to speak on, and why?
The importance of the outdoors in youth development

If you were to have your childhood dream job, what would your job be?
I always wanted to be a game warden or professional fisherman.

Which fictional character would you be friends with in real life, and why?
Probably Luke Skywalker so he could teach me the ways of the Force

Favorite Hobby:
I love just about anything outdoors: fishing, hunting, and being away from the city lights. I also enjoy building Lego sets with my two boys. I love watching Marvel movies with my wife.
