TVC Responsibilities:
My top responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of the children who are checked into TVC Childcare. Another one of my priorities is to make sure that the children have fun and learn about God, as the primary years have such a significant impact on their future relationships with the Lord. I prioritize communication with the parents and guardians that use TVC Childcare, as well as the sitters who are supervising the children.

When and how did the Lord save you?
I was raised in a Christian household and regularly attended my church’s Sunday school program. I accepted Christ into my life around the age of 7 during a conversation with my parents one Sunday after church. While I now realize how little I truly knew about the Lord’s mercy and grace back then, the pull on my heart to be with Him was very real, and my relationship with the Lord has only continued to grow and develop over the years.

When did you come to TVC and what brought you here?
I found TVC in the fall of 2016 after moving back in with my parents after graduating college. I was looking for a new church home for my new season of life. After attending only a few Sunday services, I knew it was the place for me. It just felt right! I attended TVC until my husband and I moved to Lubbock in 2018, but when we moved back to the area in 2021, we came right back!

If you were to have your childhood dream job, what would your job be?
I would be a professional ballet dancer.

Which fictional character would you be friends with in real life, and why?
would be pretty good friends with Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter series. She loves to learn, is a faithful friend, and loves to take the occasional risk when the situation calls for it!

Favorite Hobby:
I love spending time outdoors, baking, and reading.
